  • Standard classes are capped at 28 people.

    Our open night exceeded this limit (we had 45–50 guests) to give more people the chance to try our classes, teachers, and styles. Regular sessions are smaller and more intimate.

  • Standard classes are 60 minutes.

    They also include extra time for check-in and Q&A.

    Open night sessions were 40 minutes to give everyone a taste of our core styles.

  • No term commitment needed — most classes are casual drop-in.

    You book when it suits you. Each week is a fresh routine, so there’s no stress if you miss a class.

  • Yes, we occasionally offer short courses and annual performance programs.

    These require regular attendance and progress week by week with a consistent group and structured routine.

  • At Narre Warren, classes run on:

    • Thursdays – Beginner [BEG/BEG]

    • Sundays – Beginner to Intermediate [BEG/INT]

    We also have studios in Frankston (Mon & Wed) and Keysborough.

  • Casual classes are $27.

    You can also save with a 5-class ($125) or 10-class ($240) pack, available for purchase online.
